Project enquiries

When you submit the project form, Edited by Chris receives your name, email address and project details. These are used to assess your request, respond to you and prepare a quote. The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Where enquiries are kept

Enquiries are stored privately on the website’s hosting server and an email notification is sent privately to Chris. Stored website enquiry copies are retained for up to 90 days. If a project proceeds, relevant correspondence and records may be retained for the project and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Website operation

The enquiry form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions. The host may keep technical access logs. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept optional analytics cookies. It measures visits and successful project enquiries; names, email addresses and project messages are not sent to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your preference is stored in your browser. Google processes analytics information; see Google’s privacy policy. Fonts, images and demonstration videos are served from this website.

Footage and file links

Please share access-controlled links where appropriate. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information through the form. The form does not automatically download linked footage.
