Online course & workout video editing.

Online course editing, software tutorials and workout video editing all depend on clear instructions. I organise your recordings into coherent lessons or routines, with titles, screen highlights and timings that help the viewer follow along.

Fitness & workout video editing demo

This is an editing demonstration, not an instructional programme. For a commissioned workout, you supply the exercise names, durations, rest periods and coaching information to keep the sequence accurate.

Built around your project

Make every lesson easy to follow.

01

Online courses and training series

Course editing should help learners find the next step without losing the thread. I organise recordings against your lesson outline, remove retakes and unnecessary pauses, and build a consistent sequence of lesson titles, examples and summaries. For a series, we can approve one representative lesson first so typography, pacing and graphics are settled before the remaining lessons are edited.

02

Software tutorials and screen recordings

Small interface details need to stay readable. I combine your narration and screen recordings, time highlights to the instruction and use selective zooms or cursor emphasis to show the relevant control. Callouts can clarify shortcuts, settings and common mistakes. Send the correct workflow and any terminology that must remain exact so the edit follows your teaching rather than changing its meaning.

03

Workout videos and fitness programmes

Follow-along workouts need a different rhythm from a fitness promo. Exercise names, work intervals, rest periods and upcoming-movement cues should agree with your programme. I can add readable timers and consistent graphics while keeping the demonstration visible. For promotional edits, we select varied movements and useful detail shots, with music and pacing matched to the purpose. You supply the approved coaching instructions and timings.

Before we start

What I need from you.

Your lesson or exercise footage, a lesson outline, correct terminology, required timings and any brand assets.

Include a sample or file link, approximate source length, the finished length you have in mind and your deadline. I’ll review the material and confirm the scope and quote before editing.

Your deliverables

Ready for your audience.

Separate, clearly named lessons or workouts in the agreed order, with consistent titles and export settings. Promotional cutdowns, captions and alternative formats are scoped separately when needed.

You review a first cut and share consolidated feedback. Revision scope, final formats and timing are agreed before work starts.

Planning the edit

Your questions, answered.

Can you keep a consistent style across an entire course?

Yes. We can establish a title style, lesson structure and graphics approach before editing the series. Send the course outline, recordings and terminology, including any instructions that need to remain exact. Lessons can be delivered as separate files in an agreed naming order.

Can you add exercise names, timers and rest periods?

Yes. Provide the correct exercise labels, work and rest durations, and any coaching instructions to display. I can build those into the edit and keep them consistent across a workout series. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the instructional content.
