01Real estate tours with a clear route
A property film should connect the location, exterior, rooms and standout details in a sequence that makes sense. I review your ground and aerial footage, select useful movements and create a route through the space. Colour matching and measured pacing help separate shots feel like one visit. Property facts, room labels and branding come from your brief so the finished film represents the listing accurately.
02Drone editing and location showcases
Aerial footage is strongest when neighbouring shots work together. I select clips with useful movement and a clear subject, trim drifting starts and stops, and build the sequence around the location. Titles and music should complement the views. Stabilisation is assessed shot by shot because an aggressive correction can introduce distortion; unusable sections may be better removed from the edit.
03Tracked labels and property highlights
On suitable drone footage, I can use a tracked label or an outline to draw attention to a building, plot or feature. The highlight needs to stay attached to the correct place as the camera moves. Please supply an accurate reference for the area to identify. These overlays illustrate the information you provide and are not survey measurements. Construction and site-progress films can also use supplied dates and consistent viewpoints to explain changes over time.
